Over 35 Years of Design Milestones

1995 was a pivotal year in DesignworksUSA's history; in May of 1995 BMW AG purchased the remaining percentage of DesignworksUSA. Also that year David Hockney painted, in our studio, his Art Car, providing yet another source of inspiration for us all. In 1997 we celebrated our 25th anniversary with top BMW AG and BMW NA management joining in the festivities. In 1998 DesignworksUSA opened an office in Munich, and in 1999, Henrik Fisker was named President.
