DesignworksUSA was recognized with three iF Product Design Awards for the BAVARIA Cruiser 55, HP Z800 Workstation, and Thermaltake Level 10 Gaming Station. This year 778 products have been awarded. Close to 2,500 products from more than 1,000 contestants submitted from 39 different countries, competed for a coveted iF product design award.

DesignworksUSA was recognized with eight Good Design 2009 awards for the BAVARIA Deep Blue 46, BAVARIA Cruiser 55, Dassault Falcon 7X, HEAD Icon ski, HEAD Supershape ski, HP Photosmart Printer B8550, PADO Motorcycle lock, and the Saeco xSmall. Hundreds of the world's leading corporations and design offices from 40 nations—from Shanghai to Istanbul—vied in Chicago and New York for the world's oldest and most coveted GOOD DESIGN™ Award for 2009, which is conferred annually by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design together with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.

BMW Group DesignworksUSA's Pado door handle was honored with an iF 2009 product design award in a highly competitive, international environment.

BMW Group DesignworksUSA was awarded an Eyes on Design award at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Twenty judges from the automotive industry evaluated all production vehicles at the Detroit Auto Show and selected two winning vehicles. The BMW Z4 was one of the two vehicles selected.

BMW Group DesignworksUSA was instrumental in the exterior and interior design of the latest BMW Z4 Roadster. Recently, the BMW Z4 was awarded a prestigious IDEA 2009 Award.
